New to Chicken Wrangling

Ahhh lots further north than I thought for North Carolina and also Maryland - do you guys get cold winters @Jenbro100 @MROO ? Am I imagining it (probably from reading random novels!) but is that area NC / Virginia where there was lots of civil war stuff that happened?
:oops:sorry for hijacking your thread :D
Oh no don't apologize, yes lots of Civil War history in this area, especially Virginia. When I lived in the mountains in VA we had cold winters, lots of snow. Living near the beach in southern NC winters aren't bad at all and summer runs from April to October. The heat and humidity can be down right oppressive.

North Caroline - if you look at a US map. it's on the Atlantic Coast, about halfway between New York City and the bottom of the Florida peninsula.
Hello from Maryland (between NY and NC, also on the coast) ... to both (and ALL) of you!
Hello and thank you! I'll be up your way around Christmas to see my daughter, her man is a marine and they are stationed outside of Philly.
