Good morning. Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I'm Nyki from mass. Just got my first ever chickens Mother's Day weekend. I'm enjoying every minute if them! :)

Glad you could join the flock! Congratulations on your Mother's Day chickens :celebrate What a wonderful present to receive. What breed/s do you have? Lovely to hear you are enjoying keeping them, I too love keeping mine it's a fantastic hobby and the chicken TV is great.

Thank you for such a warm welcome! I have two easter eggers, one bared rock, speckled Sussex, silver lace wing, and will be getting two French black copper marans. Hoping they are all pullets, I posted in what breed gender my two easter eggers... Not sure I think I might have a cockere .

Welcome to Backyard chickens, very nice to meet you. A lot of lucky moms have received chicks/ducklings this year. So much better for Easter gifts, than colored chicks for kids who didn't want them after a few hours.
