New to chickens and ducklings

HI we (hubby, daughter, son and self) are new to the chicken and duck world . We adopted an excess rooster last fall from my sister in law. He is a barred rock, gentle and so fun to watch! My folks have 40 acres and my mom has been wanting chickens for eggs for awhile, so I went and found me 4 barred rock, 2silver laced Wyandotte, and 1 black sex link pullets, 2 ducklings of unknown sex, and 1 stray chicken unknown breed or sex. The last 2.5 weeks have been a blast! The chicks are about 6 weeks now and the ducks about 4. We have graduated from the small brooder to a 4 x 8 grande brooder which will be the size of the chicken coop. We are only waiting to finish the coop this week and for the weather to cooperate to move outside. Does anyone want to see pics? We are trying to figure out the breed and sex of our odd ball chicken. I'm trying to attach a pic if anyone can help.
