I like to wait for 3 weeks if you don't have a protected heat source.
 
Thank you everyone for the great info. I just had not realized that the majority of the eggs would fertilized with the 1 to 10 ratio. I thought finding a fertilized egg was just a random guessing game. That's good to know that most likely they all will be fertilized. I appreciate all the advice and kind words
