Yes, but it only treats Coccidiosis, & nothing else.

Could you give a few more details about the ages of your chickens, and if they have any symptoms of coccidiosis? Corid is very safe to use, but I would use it to treat symptoms. Could you post a picture of your chicken with the swollen eyelid? Welcome to BYC.
