New to chickens / Canada

Jim and Hope just joined up. We decided to try our hand at keeping chickens and were sent to this site by a friend to get some information on chickens. WE sure did a lot of studying, then we got some week old chicks, and got going on building our coop and run...this is our first post so once we find our way around the site we will post up some pics of our birds and the coop / run for all of you to enjoy. a test pic.

I started a coop build thread...and now it appears to have disappeared? Anyway, having trouble posting my pictures from photo bucket for some reason, have never had this problem before so maybe photo bucket is working on something again?? I usually just insert the img link and all works, but not this time. I can post pics from the lap top, but my pictures are not all on there, so will have to see if I can copy them all from photo bucket....
