New to Chickens - Chick with weird comb

Okay so we recently ordered a mix of bantams from Cackly Hatchery. They showed up fine with no casualties. So after 3 weeks we have one chick with a strange comb and we are not sure if it is a genetic mutation or if he got scratched or something. Here are some pictures of him- I think it's a him- he will be 3 weeks old on Wednesday. Also we think he is a Blue Old English Gane Bantam.

He's just fine, LOL. It's called a rose comb.

Okay cool. In your opinion are you thinking male or female? We got another chick the same color but with no rose comb. I'll post a pic:

So do you think the second pic is a regular OEGB?

Yes, he's definitely a cockerel.

The 2nd looks to be an OEGB, assuming he doesn't have feathered legs. If he does, then he's a Cochin. Still too young to say for sure, but so far he's looking very much like a cockerel as well.

Nope. I know my cochins. Both their legs are bald ^_^
