Ok so the verdict is still out on ole Petunia/ Petey! Thank y'all for replying. I honestly thought I'd posted incorrectly as I'm new to forum chat so now I know! Looking forward to more responses.

Also just throwing this out there but I have 2 other EE the same age and this one is more dominant and pushy, larger and has a larger redder comb than both of them. However they are from different hatcheries so that may make a difference. Do they mature differently from different hatcheries?

You never know lol. Just haft to keep an eye on its comb and see if it gets any redder.
