So i'm new to all this and i'm very nervous. I have everything together and purchased 3 black sex links 1 in which looks to be a roo. Any helpful suggestions to a new chicken farmer is greatly appreciated! Thank you

If you have sex-links, wouldn't you be certain if you had a roo? What makes you say one looks like a roo?

My first time around with chicks, we were convinced our Plymouth Rock was a rooster; she was mean and even had what looked like spurs on her legs.
Eventually we realized she was just a very dominant female. I've read on BYC that in an all-female flock, one hen can take on the roll of the rooster and even crow.

So rest easy for the next few weeks. No sense worrying until you know for sure.

One of them have the white spot on its head. So far everything I have read said the males have a white spot on top of their head. I guess I will know soon enough.

Hello and :welcome
Good luck with your chickens! I don't know much about Black sex links, but you can post a picture in What breed or gender is this to get more opinions. Applefalls is right though, I once had a hen who actually almost grew to look like a rooster, with massive comb/wattles and a mean glare. :p It's pretty common for the dominant hen to take on this role.
Enjoy the site. :D
