New to chickens - need help with sexing and breed please

I bought three "pullets" at a market when they were 2 weeks old. I've had them for almost 4 weeks now, making them almost 6 weeks old. I'm suspicious that two of them are males. Panicking slightly because roosters are illegal in my council. I'm also not sure what breed they are - probably hybrids? Is it still too early to determine sex? Thanks!

- Chickens 1+2 have bigger feet, and they keep "fighting" by bumping chests.
- #1 + #2 combs also appear larger than #3
- Chicken #1 also has that male stance where it stands really tall when something catches its attention.

Chick number two looks the most rooster-like to me, because of those wattles that are already growing in and reddening up.

Chick number three looks to me like a pullet.

Chick number one, I am less sure about. It may just be your picture, but I don't see any wattle growth yet, so that's good. I don't see redness in the comb, either.

But really, it's a bit early to tell for sure. As for behavior, occasionally females will chest bump too, though in my (limited) experience, they seem to instigate it less often.

Same. Keep an eye on them, roosters will have definitely red combs by about week ten.

did they say what breed or hybrid they were at the market?
the little black one with the white on his throat is cute.
"it" lol (no jinxing) also looks a little older featherwise.

At 6 weeks everyone looks female to me. They look like production based birds, and the males usually aren't shy about showing themselves at early ages.

I'll wait til they're older and post some more photos in a month. If I get the chance I'll go back to where I bought them and ask about their breeds.

Update: went to the market this morning and asked about breeds. The yellow ones are ISA Browns and the black one is an Australorp. So that's sorted!

I've got pictures of them at 15 weeks now - still unsure about chicken 1 but hopefully chickens 2&3 are pullets? thanks!
