New to chickens on Long Island

Hello everyone from Long Island, NY,
I am new to BAckyardChicken and i am in Port Jefferson. I was wondering if anyone is open to allowing me to take a peek at your setup. My husband is designing and getting ready to build a coop in the next few weeks.

Thanks for the info on the Long Island Poultry. They are getting over 200 laying hens in tomorrow. Chicks at Agway in Port Jeff Station is all sold out.

Thanks,
Jennifer

Two good sources of information is on the Internet. First one is on YouTube search for the reverse Wichita Chicken coop. Then google search it. All materials are listed. I used the information to construct a run around my Extended Alexandria Coop. I needed something on wheels to get it up and around the back. Youtube has many videos including some for making a chicken tractor out of PVC which I also did. The girls love it.

Will post pictures. Have to go to my laptop to do that. My I pad is not picture friendly.

The girls enjoying a little bit of free time on the way back to the coop.
