New to chickens/problem with hatch

Thank you everyone! I'm happy to report that after a couple days she is doing just fine. Her head and neck are moving around perfectly. It could have been that because she was in the shell for so long she just had a crick in her neck. But she is doing great, she's just as strong and healthy as the others! She's acclimated nicely with her siblings in the brooder. I will still be keeping an eye on her to make sure of course! But you can't even tell anymore!
