NEW to chickens with a new bird to the flock please help!

Just joining the chicken world. We have 2 NH, 2 RI reds, 1 Australorp and one roo an Americana all 18 weeks old. We got all of them from the same flock and they all get along great. My wife's grandparents gave us a Barred Plymouth rock as I love the look of them. It is about 8-9 weeks old now, we've done a 5 week quarantine period and all looks great with the new bird. I need some advice about how to introduce her into our flock. She is about half the size of the rest and I really don't want her getting hurt. Please any help would be greatly appreciated as I am extremely new to the chicken world. I love having them around but if I feel I'm putting the rock at risk I'd rather not add her to the flock and give her to someone with better know how.
