Yes, I checked all the links - unfortunately they lead to nowhere. :(

I can't tell if the plans have been pulled or if it's just not linking correctly anymore. I did send him a message as well.

Bummer - because it's honestly everything I'm looking for! But I'm definitely not what one would call an experienced builder, so a step by step guide would help. :) I did notice he posted a material list, so that might be the best I'll be able to get.

I love that it seems so easy to clean and maintain. Lots of coop designs I typically see are either small and not very cute, or HUGE and not necessarily appropriate for a city lot - which is what I have now. Plus considering budget concerns, this actually seems doable over a few months!
