new to chickens

hi there. I'm a new member.. just getting started. doing alot of research. I haven't gotten chickens yet. My question would be. I want to have laying chickens for eggs. what breed is the best? Thanks

my white leghorn lays a egg a day she lays nice white eggs she never miss's a day
some of my rhode island reds lay a egg a day they lay nice brown eggs

I reccomend Rhode Island Red, Plymouth Rock, or Sussex. They are all prolific layers!
