New to Chickens

Hi everyone! My husband and I moved to the country 6 months ago! Built our chicken coop and run recently and I'm raising 6 chicks. Two are Barred Rocks, two are Ameraucanas, and two are mystery chicks...! They are 12 weeks old and have really developed personalities. Even though we live in the country, I'm afraid to let them out of the run due to the number of hawks we have here and the lack of places to hide outside of the coop/run. Can't wait for my first eggs. I'm attaching a photo of the mystery chicks in case anyone has an idea as to what breed they might be?
