New to chickens

Hi, my name is Randy. I've got plans to build a coop and run this spring. I've been watching a lot of YouTube videos, now it's time to put the knowledge to work. I'm sure I'll be asking a lot of questions. Thanks for the add. I heard about BYC from Bree Wizer(?) and her Featherbrain videos.

Not sure yet. We have a poultry swap close by. There's also a local chicken keeper that told me when I was ready to let him know and he might have chicks available. I've also got a catalog to look through. I'm adamant about getting the coop and run done before I commit to birds.
