New to chickens

Gloucester township municipal said thst we need to come to this page for a certificate to be able to get permit. Like a test or something, i dont see anything for this anywhere.

Trying to get chickens for my home. But was told needed to complete a learning test to get certification to bring to municipal to recieve permit.

Maybe a Mod can help with this. I have never heard of any BYC certification forms for keeping chickens.

Your local town hall should have all the info on permits, restrictions and such. Good luck!
