Salutations, hoping to get some pets that make breakfast pretty soon here.

I have had some in the past but I'm looking to get more in the near future. I got my first chickens about nine years ago but gave them to my friends later on.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
0
(3) What breeds do you have?
None yet but I'm open to suggestions
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
The eggs, and their flock dynamics
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Travel
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I have several dogs, but the current favorite is my "shitzu" other than that I'm pretty much a loner
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community? :D
I've known about it for a long time, used to be a stalker whenever I needed answers.

Nice to hear you're planning to bring chickens back into your life! If you're open to breed suggestions, some great options for beginners are the Rhode Island Red, Sussex, or Orpington. They tend to be hardy and friendly while providing plenty of eggs.
It sounds like you’ve got a good crew with your Shih Tzu and the dogs! How’s your travel been recently—any cool trips planned for the future?

Some of my flock!

Wyandottes are also good mothers as well!
