New to Chickens

Hello all, we are near Disneyland and want to supply eggs for 3 households. Any suggestions, advise or pics of setups would be great. We are looking at an area of grass put thinking of pouring a slab for them.

I would not pour a slab to put chicken on. They should be on the ground.

Concrete or hard surfaces are not at all good for chickens feet or legs. Chickens are designed to be on the natural earth, they are scratchers and need dirt to bathe in to keep their skin and feathers in good shape.
