Hello,
I have been reading the web-site since about March 2011 as i wanted to prepare for the chicks my son has been asking to get for awhile now. So i have finally decided to join as i am thinking about incubating & hatching eggs.
We currently have 2 Buff Orpington, 3 Columbian Rock Cross, 2 Red & Black sex link, 1 dont know what(was suppossed to be a black australorp but i think it is a mix with a Maran as the hen laid the darkest eggs, we lost her to a hawk
My family consist of myself, husband, 3 kids ( 8, 14, 18), 2 dogs, 1 cat, but thinking about adding more farm animals to the mix. We live is Southern Indiana.
