new to chickens

Hi all i am new to raising Chickens any info would be great my coop is 2-1/2 x 5 feet and run is 5x11 how many hens would be comfy

Hi and from Ohio. So glad to have you aboard. It depends on your location and weather. If the chickens will have to be lock in the coop at any time, 2-3 chickens. Recommended is 4sq ft per bird.

I am southwestern pa unfortunately they will be cooped i have 67 chicks now and that is the coop i currently have but i have some time to fit their needs
