New to chickens!

Hello everyone,
My name is Jessica and I am new to raising chickens. I moved this past spring and have a lovely backyard allowing plenty of space for a nice coop and a great garden. I picked up my day old chicks 3.5 weeks ago and I am shocked by how much they have grown and changed already. I have 2 buff orpingtons, 2 plymouth rocks, and 2 ameraucanas. It has been a lot of fun so far! This looks like a great forum and I look forward to learning from all of you with experience.
