Hi All! I recently got a couple of chicks and fell in love! I got some older hens as well, I guess you call them adolescents, and they have not started laying yet. No roosters in my batch. I just discovered mites on my babies and need to dust them and my hens but was wondering how often you need to do this and if it is still okay to eat the eggs (if they ever start laying) after the hens have been dusted. My husband just bought me Sevin but I haven't tried it yet. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.
