Welcome from New Orleans. Sounds like you have some planning and work to do, so you can have your bathroom back. 
Do your homework and take your time to make sure you can house your chicks safely and comfortably. There are lots of good articles here on how to do that. Always plan for more chickens than you think you will ever have. Just trust me, you will be glad you did.
