I am relatively new to chickens. I have 3 showgirl roosters, 2 polish roosters, 1 polish hen, 4 auraucana hens, 4 Rhode Island Red hens, and 4 black sex link hens. The only one laying right now is the polish hen, Petunia, as the others aren't quite old enough. Petunia has been very good to me, she lays me an egg each day faithfully. And each day, I take her egg inside and put it into the incubator. I did a lot of research before I took on the take of incubating the eggs. My incubator stays at 99.5 degrees, is at the proper humidity, and doesn't fluctuate too much. I turn the eggs 3 times per day every day. I've had a very good hatch rate, especially for my first time. As of right now, I've got 6 polish chicks.

One chick, affectionately called Gimpy, was born with a leg defect. Her leg sticks straight out to the side. She has very little to no use of it at all other than to balance herself. She gets along pretty well right now, though she has to hop everywhere, but I worry that as she gets older, I might have problems with the others picking on her for it. I am against euthanizing her, as she is healthy otherwise.

I'm hoping for some suggestions on how I can help her out, and I am grateful for any advice. I'm also curious as to what color she is. I think she looks blue with a white crest. Her dad is mostly white with black flecks, and her mom is mostly black with white flecks.
Thanks!

I know this sounds bad but I would cull her. It would be for the best, that would be no life for her. If you do get other advice so you can fix it that would be great, but the best thing would be to cull her before she gets older and does suffer from pain.
