NeW tO ChIcKs... pecking?

so i have three new baby silkies, 3 wks old, as i have said before

but one has developed an issue... he is pecking at the other two constantly. At their heads, eyes, necks, backs, etc.

is this normal?

will he stop?

Some pecking is normal but this sounds excessive and dangerous. I would separate him for several days in the hope he will be lower in the pecking order when you return him.
