Excited to be in the Columbia area near our family but have had to put our chickens (3 hens and a rooster) in foster care while we search for a permanent home. We are looking for a perfect country setting at a reasonable price. Suggestions are welcome. Also, would be interested to know about any gardening clubs or small hobbiest farm groups that meet in Columbia, Mo. BTW, I have followed this site for a year and it has been quite helpful. My chickens are thriving and so enjoyable to watch and care for. Cant wait to get settled in to a new place.
