New to duck eggs

Did you know the best Chef's in the world prefer duck eggs for baking? they make the best cakes, brownies, cookies and pastries! And put one in your pancake batter and just see how big and fluffy they are. and eggs are good no matter where or when you find them. I find them in the bottoms of their pools, in the mud...lol. just scrub them and spritz them with water/bleach mix and rinse, dry and keep in the fridge.for as long as maybe 3 months. i am allergic to store bought eggs and some fresh eggs so i only eat eggs that are over 1 month old.
Ducks lays an egg or 2 every 24 hours. some eggs stay in the nest for up to 2-3 weeks before the mother begins "setting" on them . once she begins her set is when they will begin to grow into baby duckies.
