New to ducks and I'm over them.

my recommendation. get a bowl with a lid. put 1 or 2 large ish rocks in the bottom cot a small portion of the lid out. just a little bigger than their heads. and tape the lid on.
then get a plastic paint tray and put paper towels in it. put your bowl on it (another plastic container would work also. the key is the keep any spillage contained and off of your main area of bedding. .
I have also found using pelleted bedding (its actually horse bedding)
works better than shavings. or do a mix of both.

Bon ami the cleanser??? I'll have to try it! It's really getting all the hidden gunk out of the broken whirly jets. I'm thinking I'm going to have to switch them into a plastic tub for swim time, but that means ill have to be able to lift it to dump the water to clean it.
Ok, only 22 days until spring! Hhow many more weeks until fully feathered, 5ish...

Maybe a big rubber utility sink you can put inside the jacuzzi tub? They are often available for free, or used at some hardware reclamation places ... I got a pretty big one for under $30 new at Home Depot -- it is pretty light so could be moved in and out of the tub as you wish. They have a plug in the bottom, so you can let them drain without lifting.

Stock tanks (available at the feed store) are bigger, have drains, and then can be used as a ducky pond when the messy little boogers are moved outdoors. I bet you could set one of those in the tub, and everyone could bathe in it, even you. Yes, they are more expensive, but they are a "permanent" solution to a problem you're going to have as long as you have ducks ...

Just some random ideas. Let us know what you figure out.
