I have 14 ducks ranging from 6 and 1/2 weeks to 4 months old. You can never have just one! They are so cute. I've been getting eggs from my Pekin and Runner. They are really good tasting eggs.

Flock Raiser is a really good food to feed Ducklings. Mine have been on that.

Ducks are awesome, I love them!

Pekins grow fast because they are a heavy breed. mallards are a bantam breed, so they are going to look smaller than a Pekin.

My male pekin gret weighed between 8 to 10 lbs at like 2 months old.

Even not-quite-new-to-ducks, it still amazes me how fast they grow! I left my month-old peeping fuzzballs to go on a two-week business trip, and now it's hard to tell them from the adults!
