New to Ducks and need Advice/Help

Love baby duck pictures. What's a Chinese owl?

Chinese Owls are a breed of pigeon! ^^ Here's one I saw at a show, all of mine beside one are a breeding project from my mentor to develop Chinese Owls with feathers on their feet, so they don't look 'standard' for Chinese Owls lol

Calls are definitely flighty birds, Every morning when I go to let my adults out to stretch the first thing they do is fly their rounds around the property and into their pond, I've had some fly pretty far and watch them come back. Once they know where

I honestly prefer my calls over standard ducks, They eat a whole less and are much friendlier given time spent with them. Most of my breeders still follow me around the farm while i'm feeding my other animals and don't run away if i were to walk up to them.
It's easier keeping them in small breeding ratios too, Call drakes don't really need as many hens as a standard drake would to avoid over-breeding problems..
They also make great mothers! And they're pretty cute too i guess ;)
