At this point, do you think she's big enough to live outside?
I'm hoping she's big enough to avoid getting eaten by a hawk during the day. Otherwise, we'll have her in a safe enclosure at night.

Welcome from a fellow duck lover!!! I have a muscovy that is very sweet. I have 2 scovies, 1 khaki, 6 calls and 2 mandarins on the way. LOVE duckies!!! Again, welcome.

Physically she should be just fine outside, but remember that she's a lone duck and will most likely feel very lonely out there by herself. You think she's loud now, she's going to be louder all alone. You should look into getting her a female companion.

But it has to be friendly, I like interacting with my pets.
Where's a good place to get one?

Are you sure she'll be quieter with a female companion?
If so, then I'll definately get another one.

I'm not sure she will be quieter, but I think she will get louder without one... I could be wrong.

She will be happier with one though.
