It's all good! Looks like the one in the front is an Easter Egger. EE's are mixed breeds. They are amerecauna mixed with any other chicken breed.
They probably all are, which is fine. I'm happy with them.

I figured as much after I read up on them more thoroughly, but as of right now I'm just happy to have some chickens 😆 the wheaten one in the photo is who I suspect may be a roo. Those tail feathers and big chunky legs have me suspicious. The others don't look like that. I keep accidentally sending half typed replies btw, im not trying to sound rude 😅

:frow Welcome from New Orleans. I am so sorry about your son and at the same time, proud of how you have handled it. You might want to name your farmstead something in his honor. It's always good to have a rooster in your flock, IMO. It is really fun to hatch eggs using a broody hen to expand your flock. It sounds like your home is lovely with the ability to have livestock and gardens. May I suggest an herb garden. I find it so nice to be able to pick fresh herbs when cooking. (I think it tastes better too)

Yessss, we have a beautiful memorial bench for him that my uncle made and we've been considering names. If it were up to Gavin it'd be pokemon related 😅 I've got some raised beds in as well. We just moved right before Christmas so it's coming along pretty nicely. We'll get there! Loving this community already. Thank you for the welcome
