New to group .. not new to chickens ..

Been raising and caring for chickens for a few years. Mostly Rhode Island Reds.. Tough winter, right now we are down to five, will be getting some chicks soon. My boys and I own three homes, on a dead end street and one has a pool, one has the chickens, I have the garden .. Lots of fun teaching the grandkids life skills, as my Dad did for me!

Hiya, and welcome to BYC!

Gosh, where do you live as RIR's are considered a hardy breed for winter. Maybe before your next winter you could post pictures and ask in this forum how to fortify your coop a little so you won't lose any.
