New to group

Hi There,

I have just successfully incubated and hatched three chicks and two ducklings from eggs I got from my work. I am not necessarily new to working with poultry and waterfowl but I have never raised them in my backyard. This site has been a lifesaver for me throughout incubation and hatching (with two assisted hatches) so I thought I would finally join so I can ask some of my burning questions.
