New to Guinea

To go along with my other question. I was wondering if they come back to the coop like the hens do (they free range most of the day).If they are in the same coop how do I make sure they get the correct food that they need?

If you keep the Guineas pinned in the chicken coop for about three weeks where thay can watch the chickens roost your chances of having them roost there at night will improve greatly. Also if you herd them in at night this also helps in the beginning. My chicknes and Guineas all free range during the day and return to roost at night. The Guineas are usually the last in the hen house but end up with the choice spots on the roost. Good luck to you.

Thanks for your advice. I'll definitely do that. They will all be arriving at the same time so this should be easy.
Do you think I'll have a problem with getting only 2 to go along with the 13 hens and 1 rooster?

Guineas are strange little birds. They do better when there are at least 6 of them. I would not get less then 4.
