I have recently got 6 silkie hatching eggs... I have borrowed an incubator from a friend. It’s the Brinsea Octagon 20 DX.

There are 3 different readings coming up on the digital gauge... is this right?! I don’t know which one to go by as all 3 are different.

I'm not able to answer your question, I don't have a Brinsea.

But a lot of people in this community has them or something like it that can help.

Hi and welcome to BYC. Brinsea are pretty decent and mine never produces 3 different readings hopefully members with your specific model will be able to help.
