Hi
We’ve been keeping chickens in our garden for over 10 years. Because of the unforced lockdown and a broody hen , we decided to have a go at hatching eggs under this broody. Well today I’ve gone to check on her and we have to start of a hatch. Can anyone let me know how long it takes. They are light sussex bantam eggs

Make yourself at home here.
As Perris mentioned, just let the broody do her thing. From pipping to hatch can take 24 hours, and the actual hatching process can take an hour. Good luck and keep us posted!
glad you've decided to join this great community. Love the picture you shared, thank you
so excited for them to hatch. Keep us posted, love to see them once they hatch
