Hello! I have been collecting my pekin duck eggs and will have 6 as of tomorrow morning. I would like to set all 6 in my still air Styrofoam incubator after the last egg gets to room temperature. So I just want some verification that what I have set up is right.
1. Still air incubator set at 102, plan to lower to about 99-100 during lockdown.
2. I have humidity hovering at 35 with hygrometer, plan to increase to about 60-70 during last week.
3. I have them big end up leaning in egg carton with carton bottoms cutout, plan to just lay them down during lock down.
4. Plan to turn them about 5-7 times during 1st week, 3-5 next 2 weeks and none during lockdown.
Is there anything else that I really need to do or plan on that can make a huge difference in my results? Any suggestions?

Please take a look at the sticky on hatching waterfowl (see the link at the top of the duck forum index). And look at some of the threads involving hatching, find some hatchers there and ask them to come over here to see your questions.

I am not a hatcher or I'd give you more detail.
