Well, it is day 28. Some of the eggs are moving, I did hear some peeping,... but one egg is very dark, and has not moved a a few days. HMM. I THINK I can see the duckling moving inside, but not sure. Any suggestions?

I have the eggs spaced about 1-2 inches apart from each other,.. they wobble a bit when the duck inside wiggles, should they be closer together?

And fianlly, what happens if they do not hatch today? Can I still candle them at this age to see if all is ok??

    Thanks a million, [IMG]

they probably wont hatch today they will just pip and it can take up to 24 hours for a chick/duck to hatch. just leave them be and they should be fine...and about the spacing...honestly it probably wont matter because when one hatches its going to come out and knock into the other eggs and move them around...if they havent pipped on the end of day 29 i would be worried
