New to having chickens.

I just joined the club. I posted an inquiry under emergencies/health. We are in Texas and these are our first chickens, Bielefelder's, 6 weeks old. I was referred to this site by a friend and actually introduced to the idea of keeping chickens by my daughter who lives in Idaho, has many chickens and recommended this Bielefelder's.
I look forward to learning more thru this club and contributing when possible.
