My temp I like to keep at 99.6 and I check my thermometers a lot with one that I've had quite a few suscessful hatches with. Hatching is the funnest thing ever! My whole family gets invovlved and I usually can't pry my DHs nose off the bator window!

When I'm getting ready for a hatch I keep my eggs in my garage because it maintains temps at about 45° or so, and it also has a higher humidity. I have stored and successfuly hatched 10 day old BLRW eggs! After you put them in the bator the temp stays the same all the way through the hatch you just up you humidity the last 3 days to.... well I try and keep mine at 58-65%. I hope this helps!

Not an expert, but read all i can find. You will want 99.5 temperature if you have an incubator with a fan. If you use a still air (no fan) you will need a temp of 101 degrees. (pretty sure, those who are wiser please correct me. ) On day 18, stop turning and increase your humidity to 65%. Some folks use a little higher humidity i think. Hope this helps. You need to be sure on that temperature, it really depends on the type of incubator. Good luck!

Oh, and i have read that about 55-60 degrees is good for storing....so like a cool basement would be great. Mine end up on the kitchen counter and have been doing fine at about 65-68 degrees.
