New to incubating eggs! Hatch-a-holics, educate me...

Hi everyone! As the title says, I am a first time incubator user. I have had broody hens hatch eggs, but that's it. My incubator is coming in the mail tomorrow. I picked the HBlife incubator on amazon, since it has good reviews and was a good price. I am planning on hatching eggs from a Welsummer, Easter Eggers, and a few breeds of brown layers. The dad is a Buff Orpington. I am truly clueless so please, let the advice roll on in!
