New to incubating, humidity question

Hi!
So I just got some coturnix eggs and I just can't seem to get my humidity right. It stays pretty stable in the mid 60s. I made my own incubator out of a Styrofoam cooler and the temperature stays at a variable between 99 and 100, but the humidity seems to stay pretty high. Is it ok to be that high?

Do you have any water in your incubator? 60 percent is a bit high.

I do, but I think I was worried about it not getting high enough so I had way too much. I rearranged and only left a little water so now it's between 45-50%. Thanks for the response!
