New to me hen with missing feathers at base of tail

I bought a 2 year old hen from a lady who lets her chickens free range. She said the bald spot on her back could be from roosters or she's molting. What do yall say? Do I do anything for it? Shes in quarantine with 2 other pullets I bought from same lady.

Perhaps rooster damage or perhaps feather pecking plucking. Doubt that it's molting as I see no pin feathers. Provide an adequate diet, and she should eventually refeather.
