My name is Sharon, im 27 years old in upstate new york. I work at a local pet store and have lots of critter. Snakes, rabbits, tarantulas, turtles, geckos, cats, finches, a dove, a cockatiel, and fish.
I have 3 chickens and 2 pekin ducks. They are about 8-9 weeks old now. Im not sure what kind of chickens, they originally came from tractor supply and were all yellow. I was told they would probably be leghorns but they arent white, they have tan feathers.
I got them from a friend who shouldnt have gotten them. My brother built me a coop in exchange for me being his designated driver when he goes out drinking. The cage area is 8 ft long by 8 ft wide by 6 ft high. Its attached to a large shed that i lock them in at dusk. I would like to get another couple of hens, preferably cochins or polish or one of each.
