Hello all. My wife and I started doing a little animal raising with the purchase of two Pekin ducks that were born on 4 April and we bought them on 10 April. So far so good. They are growing very fast and are a beautiful white breed. I hope to get a good amount of eggs from them and hope to use them the add more ducks to our little farm. We believe we have one drake and one female, so we will find out depending on egg production. I hear they can lay about one a day, we shall see.

But, I welcome any advise on the Pekin ducks!

Thank you Kelsie! We will be doing this all organically and GMO free as well. My family is organic and non-GMO and so why not all of our farm? We have a garden as well, which is also the same way: organic/non-GMO.

I hope to learn a lot on here and learn from others experiences!
