New to Quail.SE Wisconsin

I bought a small cage to keep a few Quail.I think I am going with female Italian Coturnix.have a incubator,with an egg turner but no fan.Going to start with ordering 12 eggs.Grandkids live close,so this will be a project for them.What do you think??

Out of 14 eggs,3 eggs hatched.4 quail! Yup,twins.3 male,1 female.3 weeks later,I had to put down one of the twins i am looking to find 3 or 4 females,Italians.
