New to Quail

I bought 60 jumbo Coturnix eggs the 1st week in Feb. I hatched out 45 chicks. They are going on 4 weeks old. Colors very from mostly white to dark chocolate brown. I planned on keeping 4 - 5 females and 1 male in each of 3 breeding cages for eggs. I have a few other cages growing and finishing out. Is there any reason to cull out any colors. For instance I know the white ones can only be sexed by the vents.

I've heard that the whites can be a little more aggressive too. I bought some Italians and they were much "wilder" than the regular jumbo Pharaohs, I didn't like them much. If you don't care about the colors just keep the calmest quail and cull the crazy ones.
